Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. This is a quota-carrying sales role focused on selling SaaS-based data observability and analytics solutionsto enterprise organizations.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, enterprise software sales, or data/analytics solution sales. You will engage C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CDO), data engineers, and IT decision-makers to understand their business challenges and position Pantomath as a mission-critical platform.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory, verticals, or enterprise accounts.

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing multi-year enterprise contracts.

  • Use a consultative and solution-based sales approach to position Pantomath as a leader in data observability, governance, and automation.

  • Partner with marketing and demand generation teams to optimize sales funnel efficiency and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers (CDOs), VPs of Engineering, and Data Leaders.

  • Conduct needs assessments and discovery calls to identify pain points and align Pantomath’s value proposition.

  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations, showcasing ROI, business impact, and scalability.

Sales Process & Revenue Growth

  • Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process, including pricing negotiation, contract execution, and onboarding handoff.

  • Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and account planning.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, customer success, and product teams to drive long-term account expansion.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, enterprise software sales, or cloud/data infrastructure sales.

  • Strong background in selling data analytics, observability, governance, or cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and technical buyers, translating technical concepts into business value.

  • Experience with consultative sales, solution selling, and enterprise deal negotiation.

  • Proficiency in  HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools.
